手术室潜在的护理安全隐患与管理对策分析

目的分析观察手术室潜在的护理安全隐患，探讨有效的管理措施。方法选取本院2011年8月～2012年8月行手术的120例患者作为对照组，分析存在的安全隐患，并采取有效改进措施，选取本院2012年9月-2013年3月行手术的120例患者作为观察组，比较两组患者护理安全事故发生的种类及发生率。结果患者常见的护理安全事故是跌撞受伤，神经、关节损伤，电刀灼伤，切口感染，小纱布遗留于体腔内等。观察组患者安全隐患发生率为0．8％，明显低于对照组的8．3％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论医护人员应熟练掌握手术室常见的护理安全问题，提高自身专业技能及责任心，减少护患纠纷，改善护患关系。

Analysis of potential nursing security risks and management countermeasures of the operating room

Objective To analyze and observe potential nursing security risks of the operating room,to explore effective management measures. Methods 120 patients who underwent operation in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012 were selected as control group,analyzed potential nursing security risks and took effective measures,120 patients who underwent operation in our hospital from September 2012 to March 2013 were selected as observation group,the types and incidence of nursing security incidents between the two groups was compared;respectively. Results The most common nursing security incident including stumble injuries,nerve and joint injury,electric knife burns,wound infec- tion,small gauze left in the body cavity,etc.The security risk of the the observation group was 0.8%,significantly lower than 8.3% of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medical staff should master the common nursing security problems as well as improve their professional skills and sense of responsibility,can reduce nurse-patient disputes and improve the nurse-patient relationship.
