功能性消化不良患者的心理评侈和抗抑郁干预的临床研究

目的探讨功能性消化不良患者的临床有效干预方法。方法将120例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组，实验组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规治疗（如抑制胃酸分泌药、促胃肠动力药等）；实验组患者先进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、宗氏自我评定抑郁量表（SDS）评分，然后予以常规治疗及抗抑郁药帕罗西汀治疗，疗程为8周．然后判定两组患者症状改善情况。结果实验组与对照组治疗前症状积分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）;治疗前两组抑郁量表评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组抑郁量表评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;实验组总有效率为83．33％，对照组总有效率为41．67％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论功能性消化不良患者均存在不同程度的抑郁、焦虑症状，加用抗抑郁药治疗后临床疗效显著。

Psychological evaluation of patients with functional dyspepsia and intervention efficacy of antidepressant treatment

Objective To investigate the effective intervention method for patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods 120 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,with 60 cases in each group, the control group was given routine therapy （such as drugs inhibiting gastric acid secretion, gastrointestinal dynamic promoting drugs）; in experimental group, the Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD）, Zung self rating depression scale （SDS） score were tseted, then patients were given conventional treatment and antidepressant paroxetine treatment, after 8 weeks of treatment, then symptomatic improvement of two groups were determined.Results Before treatment the symptom integral baseline of two groups was not significantly different （P〉 O.05）.Before treatment,depression scale score of two groups was not significantly different（P〉0.05）. After treatment, The HAMD sscore of two groups was significantly different（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.33%, and that was 41.67% in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with functional dyspepsia have different degrees of depression, anxiety symptoms, combing with antidepressant therapy, the clinical curative effect is obvirous.
