摘    要:
随着高等教育的发展,不断深化校院二级教学管理体制的改革成为必然趋势,在新形势下,我们需要进一步理顺校院两级在教学管理中的相互关系,明确职责和权利;健全教学管理评估体系;提高校院二级教学管理人员队伍建设;完善二级学院教学管理队伍管理的配套制度,真正实现校院二级教学管理制度的规范化、科学化,从而提高高等学校的教学质量和办学效益。

Investigation of deepening reform of teaching management of university-academy

Abstract:
With the development of higher education, reinforcement of the university-academy teaching management system reform has become an inevitable trend in the new situation. This paper clarifies the interrelationship between university and academy in the teaching management, clears the specific responsihility and rights to strengthen the appraisal of teaching management system,improve the team supporting management system,consummate the corresponding system of staff management, achieve the standardization and rationalization of university-academy teaching management system, and eventually improve the quality and efficiency of education.
