滋阴除湿汤对银屑病患者促细胞凋亡相关基因Fas bax表达的影响

目的:观察滋阴除湿汤对银屑病患者促细胞凋亡相关基因Fas、bax的影响。方法:对寻常银屑病典型病例38例,随机分为两组,治疗组(滋阴除湿汤组)和对照组(复方青黛丸组),进行两组临床疗效比较;不同病程的疗效比较;治疗前、治疗后两组银屑病患者患处蜡块包埋表皮中促凋亡基因Fas、bax的变化。结果:两组临床疗效的总有效率比较P<0.05有统计学意义,两组药物对不同病程的疗效比较:对于病程大于5年的患者,愈显率P<0.05有显著性差异,对病程小于5年的患者,两组愈显率P>0.05无显著性差异;两组治疗前后促凋亡相关基因Fas、bax的表达,阳性转为阴性比率的比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴除湿汤对银屑病治疗有效;提示滋阴除湿汤对银屑病患者促细胞凋亡相关基因Fas、bax表达有影响。

Expression of Relative Genes Accelerating Cell Apoptosis, such as Fas and Bax, in Paoriasis Patients: Using the Decoction of Nourishing Yin and Removing Dampness

Objective:To observe the influence of the decoction of nourishing Yin and removing dampness on the relative genes accelerating cell apoptosis,such as Fas and bax,in patients with psoriasis.Methods:38 typical cases of common psoriasis were divided into two groups randomly,one is therapeutic group(the patients in this group were treated with the decoction of nourshing Yin and removing dampness),the other is control group(the patients in this group were treated with Fufang Qingdai Wan).Then,the clinical therapeutic effects and the effects of patients in different periods between these two groups were compared.At the same time,the changes of gene Fas and gene bax in patient's epidermis were observed which was choosed at the position of having psoriasis and then were embeded by wax.Results:The compare of the total effect rate in these two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),the compare of therapeutic effects for patients in different periods had different results: In these two groups,the cure rate and effect rate for the patients whose course of disease is longer than 5 years were significantly different(P<0.05),however,that for the patients whose course of disease is shorter than 5 years were not different significantly(P>0.05);the expression of gene Fas and gene bax before the treatment were different from that after the treatment.The compare of the ratio that positive become negotive also had significance in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decoction of nouring Yin and removing dampness had significant effects on patients with psoriasis;the result of the study indicate that the decoction of nourshing Yin and removing dampness can influence the expression of genes acclerating cell death,such as Fas and bax,in patients with psoriasis.
