| 摘 要： | 目的评价社区规范化管理下高血压病人的依从性,为完善社区高血压病人规范化管理流程提供参考依据。方法采用临床对照试验方法,通过随访观察,比较同一社区居民中在社区卫生服务机构就诊的高血压病人(社区组)205例与在医院就诊的病人(医院组)130例的依从性。结果社区组与医院组病人临床治疗依从性、健康教育依从性、生活方式改善依从性方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论德胜社区实施高血压规范化管理,对提高高血压病人依从性具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the compliance of hypertensive patients under standardized management in communities.Methods A controlled clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the compliance difference between hypertensive patients(n=205)treated in well-managed community health service centers(community group)and those(n=130)treated in the hospital(hospital group).Results The compliance of clinical treatment,health education and life style improvement was better in community group than in hospital group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important to improve the compliance of hypertensive patients by implementing standarized management in community health services. |
