头孢类抗生素与乙醇致双硫伦样反应35例报道

目的探讨头孢类抗生素与乙醇致双硫伦样反应的常见性,应引起临床的重视。方法对本院2年来发生双硫伦样反应的35例病例资料进行回顾性分析、比较。结果①用药前后及饮酒前后对发生双硫伦样反应的关联。②临床表现有头昏、胸闷、颜面发红,重者呼吸困难,有血压下降。③经对症、支持处理,治疗1天治愈出院。结论双硫伦是一种治疗慢性乙醇中毒的药物,它本身对机体不产生作用,是由于该药抑制乙醛脱氢酶,服用该药后饮酒量即使较少,也会产生轻微的双硫伦样症状。头孢类抗生素引起双硫伦样反应的机制。用头孢类抗菌素治疗过程中一定要特别医嘱,避免饮酒和乙醇制剂。

Report to 35 Cephalosporin and Ethanol to Disulfiram-Like Reactions

Objective To arouse clinical attention by discussing the producing feature of cephalosporin and ethanol to disulfiram-like reactions.Methods To analysis and compare the medical record of 35 cases with disulfiram-like reactions for two years.Results ①The disulfiram-like reactions were related to taking medicine and drinking liquor.②The clinical exhibition of disulfiram-like reactions were dizziness,frowsty bosom and breath hard.The serious patients were facial rubefaction and low blood pressure.③The patients were cured one day after the clinical therapy.Conclusion Disulfiram is a kind of drug which can treat chronic alcoholism.The drug restrains acetaldehyde deoxidizing engzyme,so it don’t effect organism itself.Slight disulfiram-like reactions also can generate after taking drug and drinking liquor less.Disulfiram-like reactions are cause by cephalosporin.We should avoid the touch of ethanol around the clinical therapy on the using of cephalosporin.
