丹莪妇康煎膏用于药物流产止血的临床疗效观察

目的:观察丹莪妇康煎膏对药物流产后止血止痛临床效果。方法:常规药物流产孕囊排出者815例随机分为3组,分别采用丹莪妇康煎膏、宫血宁胶囊、益母草颗粒辅助止血止痛治疗7天,观察阴道流血持续时间、腹痛、感染、月经恢复等情况。结果:孕囊排出后阴道流血持续时间丹莪组短于宫血宁组、益母草组,子宫出血少量者,丹莪组多于宫血宁组、益母草组(P<0.05),宫血宁组与益母草组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腹痛持续时间丹莪组短于宫血宁组、益母草组(P<0.05),宫血宁组与益母草组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组药物流产前后血红蛋白和白细胞大致相同(P>0.05),药物流产后第7、14天子宫内膜厚度、月经复潮时间及经量3组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。丹莪组药物流产后痛经者构成比明显下降,与宫血宁组和益母草组相比,流产前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丹莪妇康煎膏是药物流产后辅助止血止痛治疗的较好药物。

Clinical Observation of Efficacy of Dan-E-Fu-Kang Decoction in Hemostasis of Medical Abortion

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Dan-E-Fu-Kang decoction in hemostasis and acesodyne after medical abortion.Methods:815 cases whose gestational sacs were expelled with drugs with 49 days of menolipsis were randomly divided into 3 groups,which took Dan-E-Fu-Kang decoction(group D),Gong-Xue-Ning capsules(group G) and Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet granules(group L),respectively,in hemostasis and acesodyne for 7 days.The duration of bleeding in vagina,abdominalgia,infection,and return of menstruation were observed.Results:①The duration of of bleeding in vagina after gestational sac expelling of group D was shorter than those of group G and group E,and a small amount of uterine hemorrhage in group D showed more than those of group G and group E,and the differences were significant(P<0.05),while the difference between group G and group E was not significant(P>0.05).②The duration of abdominalgia of group D was shorter than those of group G and group E,and the differences were significant(P<0.05),while the difference between group G and group E was not significant(P>0.05).Hemoglobins and leukocytes remained at the same level before and after medical abortion(P>0.05).③As for endometrium thicknesses on the 7th and 14th day after medical abortion,period for menstruation return,and menstrual flow,the differences showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).The proportion of those suffered from dysmenorrheal decreased remarkably in group D,and the differences were significant(P<0.01) compared with those of group G and group E,which also showed significantly different before and after medical abortion.Conclusion:Dan-E-Fu-Kang decoction is an ideal medication to assist hemostasis and acesodyne after medical abortion.
