霉酚酸酯治疗类风湿关节炎的临床研究

目的:对霉酚酸酯(MMF,商品名为骁悉)治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效和安全性及不同组合方式进行临床观察.方法:对82例RA患者随机分为单用霉酚酸酯组(A组)、霉酚酸酯 泼尼松组(B组)、甲氨蝶呤 泼尼松组(C组),分别对其治疗前后临床指标和实验室指标进行观察和测定.结果:30例单独使用霉酚酸酯组RA病情改善;25例联合用泼尼松组疗效更为明显,霉酚酸酯 泼尼松组与甲氨蝶呤 泼尼松组比较疗效相近,但前者毒副作用较小.结论:霉酚酸酯为一安全有效治疗RA的药物.

Mycophenolate for rheumatoid arthritis

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of mycophenolate and various ombined therapy in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:In all 82 patients enrolled,30 patients received MMF alone,25 received combined therapy with mycophenolate and prednisone and 27 received methotrexate and prednisone.Clinical manifestations and lab index were observed carefully.Results:Thirty patients receiving MMF alone were improved,25 receiving combined therapy had better effect,and the efficacy in the group receiving combined therapy with MMF and Prednisone was similar to that in the group receiving combined therapy with methotrexate and prednisone,but the side-effects of the former was fewer.Conclusion:Mycophenolate is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
