30例无自觉症状中年人睡眠呼吸状况研究

目的:了解无自觉症状中年人睡眠呼吸障碍的患病情况。方法:对选出的30名成年人进行问卷调查、ESS嗜睡评分和多导睡眠监测,并进行统计学分析。结果:所有研究对象的ESS评分均≤8分,男女嗜睡得分差异无显著性;根据不同的呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)标准,符合睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)者的比例分别为56.67%(AHI≥5)、16.67%(AHI≥10)和10.00%(AHI≥15)。AHI、呼吸暂停指数(AI)、低通气指数(HI)、最低血氧饱和度(SaO2)男女间差异无显著性。结论:成年无自觉症状人群的睡眠呼吸状况不容忽视,症状与监测结果不一致,需要合理调整诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)标准。

Prevalence of sleep disordered breathing in 30 middle-aged adults without complaints

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of sleep apnea syndrome in the middle-aged without complaints.Methods:Sleep questionnaires were distributed to 20 men and 10 women,and all questionnaires were returned.Subsequently,ESS sleepiness grading and full polysomnographic (PSG)examinations were connducted in 30 questionnaire respondents.Results:ESS grades of all subjects were less than 8 and no significant difference was found between men and women.Allowing for subject bias in undergoing PSG,the estimated prevalence of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) at various AHI cutoff threshold values was 56.67%(AHI≥5),16.67%(AHI≥10),and 10.00%(AHI≥15).No difference of AHI,AI,HI and loest Sa O2 were found between men and women.Conclusion:The actual sleep and breathing conditions of middle-aged adults without symptoms are worse than our expectations,the symptoms and the examination results are not consistent,a more rational SAS diagnosis standard is greatly needed.
