关节疼痛患者的甲襞微循环研究

本文对１８６例关节疼痛患者进行了治疗前后的手指甲襞微循环研究，并设健康对照组１００例。结果表明：病人关节疼痛较重者，微循环障碍也较明显，关节痛病人治疗前与健康组比较微循环有明显异常。经祛疼汤治疗后不但疼痛好转（总有效率８１％）且微循环明显改善，说明该病治疗前存在严重的微循环障碍，祛疼汤具有明显缓解疼痛和改善微循环障碍的作用。本文还分析了不同类型关节癌病人微循环障碍的差异。

THE ONYCHOMICROCIRCULATION OBSERVATION IN PATIENTS WITH ARTHRODYNIA

The forelimb onychomicrocirculation of 186 cases with arthrodynia was observed before and after treatment with Chinese Medicine Anodyne Formula(Que Teng Tang) while another 100 healthy cases as control group was observed simultaneously. The result showed that after treatment with Anodyne Formula, not only the arthrodynia was relieved (the total effective rate was 81%) but also the microcirculation was improved obviously and showed a statistically significant difference compared with before-treatment group and healily control group (P<0. 01). From this study we concluded that a serious microcirculation abnormality existed in arthrodynia patients and Anodyne Formula played a played a role in relieving pain and improving microcirculation. A positive correlation was also observed between the degree of microcirculation abnormality and the level of arthrodynia.
