| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)对鞭炮爆炸伤的治疗效果。方法：全程应用MEBT治疗，至愈合后2周—4周。结果：24例全部愈合，外观平整无明显瘢痕，亦无外伤性纹身。结论：MEBT具有疗程短、减轻瘢痕及外伤性纹身的优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT in treating firecracker burn. Method: 24 cases of thisdisease were treated with MEBT, for 2 to 4 weeks until wounds healed. Results: All the patients were cured. Wounds healedwith smooth appearance. No obvious scar and no traumatic tattoo formed. Conclusion: MEBT has the advantage of shorttreating course and scar and traumatic tattoo formation can be reduced. |
