分娩镇痛临床效果观察分析

目的：观察对50例产妇实施分娩镇痛后的临床效果,探讨其对于产程以及母儿的影响。方法：选择100例同期身体健康、足月临产、单胎初产妇,将其分为镇痛组和对照组,对两组产妇生产时的数据进行比较。结果：镇痛组与对照组相比较,产程活跃期缩短,宫口开大及胎头下降速率加快,其他比较无明显影响。结论：分娩镇痛可以减轻产妇疼痛程度,缩短产程,提高产妇自然分娩的信心。

Clinical effect analysis of labor analgesia observe

Objective：To observe the implementation of 50 cases of maternal analgesia clinical results,discuss the child for the birth process and the impact of the mother.Methods：100 cases of physical health over the same period,full-term labor,a single early fetal maternal analgesia were divided into two groups and control groups,two groups of mothers on the production of data for comparison.Results：Analgesia compared with the control groups,shortening of active labor,cervix and fetal head,a large rate of speed up,the other had no significant effect.Conclusion：Maternal labor analgesia can reduce pain,shorten labor,improve maternal confidence in natural childbirth.
