辛伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者超敏C-反应蛋白和血脂的影响

目的：观察辛伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和血脂的影响。方法：对33例诊断为急性脑梗死的患者采用常规药物及辛伐他汀口服治疗4周。分别在患者入院时和治疗4周后进行血清hs-CRP和血脂测定。结果：急性脑梗死患者治疗4周后血清hs-CRP、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）则较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.01）。结论：辛伐他汀可通过降低急性脑梗死患者的hs-CRP和血脂水平而减轻脑缺血性损害。

Effects of simvastatin on serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and lipids in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective：To observe the effects of simvastatin on serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and lipids in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods：Thirty-three patients with ACI were received therapy of conventional drugs and orally simvastatin for 4 weeks.The serum hs-CRP and lipids of cases were detected before and after treatment of 4 weeks.Results：Compared with before treatment,the serum level of hs-CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C decreased significantly（all P0.01）,while HDL-C increased significantly（P0.01） in ACI patients.Conclusion：Simvastatin can lighten cerebral ischemic injury by decreasing the levels of serum lipids and hs-CRP of patients with ACI.
