氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙比利治疗功能性消化不良58例的疗效观察

目的：探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙比利治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床效果。方法：选择2009年10月~2010年10月在消化内科治疗的116例功能性消化不良患者,并随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组采用口服莫沙比利5mg,3次/d,质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑20mg,2次/d;观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片10.5mg,1次/d。两组治疗时间均为4周。结果：观察组总有效率为93.10%,对照组总有效率为63.79%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙比利治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,不良反应少,是目前治疗功能性消化不良的可行方案。

Observation of curative effects on flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride in the treatment of 58 cases with functional dyspepsia

Objective：To discuss the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride on treating functional dyspepsia.Methods：116 cases with functional dyspepsia in digestive system department during October 2009 to October 2010 were divided randomly into observation group and control group,58 cases for each group.The control group were treated with the mosapride 5 mg tid,3 times a day,and proton pump inhibitor omeprazole 20 mg tid,2 times a day.The observation group were on the basis of the treatment of the control group and added the antidepressant flupentixol and melitracen tablets 10.5 mg for each time,one day for 1 time.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.79%,there was significant difference in the comparative（P0.05）.Conclusion：The flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with the mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has the most great effects,the untoward effect is less,it is the best way to treat the functional dyspepsion.
