丝线缝合固定治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折

目的分析丝线缝合固定在老年髌骨粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用，探讨其治疗可行性。方法用丝线缝合固定疗法治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折46例，随访0．5～2年，观察其疗效。结果46例中1例再发骨折分离移位，45例均骨折愈合，根据综合评分请评定，优26例，良13例，中4例，差3例，优良率这84．8％。结论该方法具有操作简单，创伤小，无须再次手术解除内固定，关节功能恢复较好等优点，对于老年髌骨粉碎性骨折有较好的适用性。

Fixed the comminuted patella fracture with silk thread curing in the aged

Objective To analyses the effect of fixation with silk thread to treat comminuted patella fracture in aged. Method 46 patients with comminuted patella fracture were fixed with silk thread. The patients were followed up for 0. 5 to 2 years. Result According synthetic score of fracture, 26, 13, 4 and 3 cases demonstated excellent, fine, moderate and disaffect treatment effect, respectively. The recover rate was 84. 8%. Conclusion It is very simple to treat comminuted patella fracture with fixation with silk thread, especially in aged.
