| 摘 要： | 目的 为适应现代护理学科发展需要 ,培养一支高素质的护理队伍。方法 加强护士服务意识、专业技能、管理能力、科研能力的全方位的综合培训 ,形成一个完善的培训体系。结果 经过综合培训逐步培养了一支服务优良、技术精湛的护理队伍。结论 完善护理人员培训体系是适应现代护理学科发展、提高护士综合素质的重要途径 |

| Abstract: | Objective To meet the need of development of modern nursing discipline and produce a nursing team of high quality. Methods A perfect training system, strengthening the concept of service, professional skill, the ability of management and scientific research, was established. Results A nursing team of high quality with good service and perfect professional skill by systematic training was developed. Conclusions Improving the training system of nursing team is an important way to meet the development of modern nursing science and to keep the high quality of nursing team. |
