| 东北刺人参挥发油抗真菌实验及临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 东北刺人参是主要分布于中国东北的药用植物。为充分利用长白山丰富资源，研制天然抗真菌新药，采用试管内药基法，对东北刺人参挥发油进行抗真菌实验研究。结果：它有很强的抗真菌活性，对常见皮肤癣菌有抑菌和杀菌作用，ＭＩＣ为０．０６２５％～０．１２５％，ＭＦＣ为０．１２５％～０．２５％。用１％刺人参挥发油配制的霜剂对皮肤无刺激性，治疗皮肤癣菌病有效率达９０％，值得今后进一步研究 |

| Abstract: | Oplopanax elatus Nakai,a medicinal plant,is mainly distributed in Northeast China.In order to make use of abundant resources of Chang Bai Shan,to make researches on natural anti fungal medicinal preparations,we studied the essential oil from Oplopanax elatus Nakai against fungi in vitro, the results showed that there was a marked antimycotic action of the essential oil. The MIC against common pathogenic dermatophytes ranged from 0 0625 0 125% and MFC 0 125 0 25%.1% cream of the essential oil was applied to the patients with dermatomycoses,the rate of effectiveness was 90%. This antifungal agent is purely natural, and shows no stimulation to the skin. |
