婴幼儿变形链球菌群感染时间与年龄、牙齿萌出数目关系的研究

目的研究7～36个月婴幼儿唾液中变形链球菌群的感染状况,探讨婴幼儿口腔变形链球菌群感染的敏感年龄及婴幼儿口腔变形链球菌群感染与牙齿萌出数目的关系。方法选取于2009年12月～2010年2月在青岛医学院附属医院儿童保健科定期接种疫苗和身体检查的7～36个月婴幼儿112例,检查并记录婴幼儿口腔中牙齿萌出情况,采集婴幼儿的唾液样本,检测唾液中变形链球菌群的感染情况。结果 112例婴幼儿的变形链球菌群感染率为50.89%,平均感染年龄为26个月,19～24个月时感染率增高最为明显（P〈0.05）,牙齿萌出的数目与变形链球菌群感染率有关（P〈0.05）。结论婴幼儿口腔变形链球菌群感染的敏感年龄是19～24个月;变形链球菌群的感染与乳磨牙萌出的关系密切。

Oral Colonization of Mutans Streptococci in Infants and Toddlers
