肺结核合并糖尿病95例临床分析

目的研究肺结核合并糖尿病的临床特征、治疗转归等方面的特殊性,为该类患者的治疗提供依据。方法对95例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的相关资料进行分析。结果结核病病情程度与治疗前空腹血糖水平呈正相关,血糖越高结核菌涂阳检出率与空洞形成率越高;结核病治疗效果与血糖控制水平密切相关,血糖控制理想者结核病治疗效果良好。结论结核病合并糖尿病以病变严重,病情复杂,涂阳、空洞率高,疗效差为特点。积极有效的两病共治,对治愈患者结核病,减少结核病复发,控制结核病传播和流行具有重要的意义。

The Clinical Analysis on 95 Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis Associated with Diabets

Objective To study the clinical character,treatment effect and prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis,especially their interaction in order to provide effective measures for its prevention,control and treatment.Methods The data of 95 patients suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes were analyzed,focusing on the interaction of pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes.Results The changes of pulmonary tuberculosis were in direct proportion to the changes of blood glucose.The higher of blood glucose,the higher detection rate of smear-positive and the higher cavitation rate.The treatment effect of pulmonary tuberculosis was closely related to the control of blood glucose.Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes was characterized by worse pathological,complicated condition,high rates of smear-positive and cavity and difficult treatment.The control of blood glucose was the key to its cure.The treatment of both diseases was significant for decreasing the recurrence,extirpating infectious sources and controlling the spread of pulmonary tuberculosis.
