| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Ｂ淋巴瘤ＣＤ２３表达及临床意义。方法 用ＳＰ原位免疫组化方法检测ＣＤ２３表达。结果 ２０例Ｂ淋巴瘤中有１８例ＣＤ２３表达,且与恶性程度及生存时间相关。结论 结果支持Ｂ淋巴ＣＤ２３高表达的假设;ＣＤ２３在Ｂ淋巴瘤发生中起作用和该淋巴因子可能对治疗（药理学调节）有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of CD23 in B - cell non - Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)and its clinical significance. Methods Twenty patients with NHL were studied for the expression of CD23 by SP in situ immunohistochemistry. Results The CD23 antigen was expressed in 18 of 20 cases of B - cell NHL and related with degree of malignancy and time of survival. Conclusion The results support the hypothesis that CD23 was highly expressed in the B -cell NHL. CD23 plays a role in the development and progress of B - NHL and that this lymphokine might have great significance (pharmacological modulation ) in the treatment of B - NHL. |
