肾移植术后静脉滴注酚妥拉明的护理

目的：探讨减少或缓解静脉滴注酚妥拉明所致副作用的方法，达到安全用药。方法：对我院近2年施行的同种异体肾移植术，术后早期均采用酚妥拉明静脉滴注的分析总结。结果：本组有4例在首次用药后出现明显的心率增快，3例出现恶心、气促、全身不适等副作用而停止用药。结论：采取正确的给药方法，在输注过程中密切观察，及时发现、及时处理。才能减少或缓解酚妥拉明所致的副作用，保证药物顺利安全的使用。

NURSING CARE OF KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION RECIPIENTS UNDERGOING INTRAVENOUS INFUSION OF PHETOLAMINE.

Objectives:To evaluate the nursing care of reducing adverse reaction caused by intravenous infusion of Phetolamine,for the purpose of improving the safety.Methods:Clinical data of our hospital including 196 cases undergoing early intravenous infusion of Phetolamine after kidney transplantation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Intravenous infusion of Phetolamine was cancelled due to accelerated heart rate in 4 cases and was cancelled due to nausea,dyspnea and discomfort in 3 cases.Conclusions:Standard intravenous infusion,close observation,early management were the key to decease the adverse reaction of Phetolamine.
