黄芪与丹参注射液联合治疗狼疮肾炎的疗效观察与护理

摘    要:
目的观察黄芪和丹参注射液辅助治疗狼疮性肾炎对治疗效果和减少并发症的影响,并探讨相应的护理措施。方法将38例狼疮性肾炎患者分为治疗组20例和对照组18例。对照组采用激素标准疗程、环磷酰胺冲击治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄芪和丹参注射液静滴。结果治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪和丹参注射液联合静滴治疗狼疮性肾炎可以降低激素和环磷酰胺所致的不良反应,提高疗效,同时给予相关的健康教育,可减少感染等并发症发生,降低复发率。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of the injection of milkvetch ro ot and red sage root on lupus nephritis patients to reduce the complication of l upus nephritis. Methods Thirty-eight patients were divided into two groups, 18 patients for control group and 20 patients for experimental group. Patients in control group were treated with standard glucocorticoid therapy and cyclophspham ids impact therapy, while patients in experimental group were treated with the i njection of milkvetch root and red sage root on the base of the treatment of con trol group. The effect and adverse effects of two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Moreover, the recurrence rate and the occurrence rate of adverse effe cts of experimental group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Concl usion The injection of milkvetch root and red sage root can raise the effectiv e rate of treatment, reduce the adverse effect caused by traditional therapy and eliminate the recurrence rate.
