| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低分子肝素治疗胎儿生长受限(FGR)的临床疗效。方法:对56例胎儿生长受限者采用低分子肝素治疗,并测定治疗前后的宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径以及出生后的新生儿体重及胎盘重量,与对照组33例进行对比分析。结果:治疗组上述各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组低体重儿发生率及早产率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素能有效的治疗FGR,改善胎儿宫内生长发育状况。
