头顶一颗珠对大鼠缺血再灌注后左心室功能及抗氧化酶的影响

摘    要:目的探讨头顶一颗珠对大鼠在体心肌缺血再灌注损伤后左心功能及抗氧化酶的影响。方法取20只健康大鼠,随机分为2组:生理盐水对照组10只和头顶一颗珠研究组10只,分别用生理盐水和头顶一颗珠水提取液灌胃4周后,造成缺血-再灌注模型,观察再灌注15min、25min后左心室内压力峰值(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)和左心室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax);血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果再灌注15min时,研究组大鼠LVSP、±dp/dtmax和SOD、GSH-Px活性明显升高(P均〈0.01),LVEDP及MDA降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);再灌注25min后,研究组大鼠LVSP、±dp/dtmax明显升高(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)、LVEDP变化不显著。结论头顶一颗珠能明显提高缺血-再灌注损伤后的左心功能,可提高血中SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低MDA的含量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Trillium tschnoskii Maxim on left cardiac function and antioxidatire enzyme in ischemia-reperfusion Injury rats. Methods 20 rats were randomly divided into two group:control group( n = 10) and observation group(n = 10) ,respectively poured 0.9% NaCL and Trillium tschnoskii Maxim into rats, stomach for 4 weeks,then established myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model of rats. To observe left wentricular systolic pressure (LVPS), left wentricular end-diastolic pressure and ± dp/dtmax 15min and 25min after reperfusion, and measure the activity of SOD and GSH-Px,the amount of MDA after 15min after reperfusion. Results Trillium tschnoskii Maxim could obviously increase the amount of LVSP, ± dp/dt and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px (P 〈 0.01 ) ,but decrease the amount of LVEDP and MDA (P 〈 0.05 ) after reperfusion 15 min. It could obviously increase the amount of LVSP and ± dp/dtmax after reperfusion 25min( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) ,but LVEDP didn' t decrease. Conclusion Trillium tschnoskii Maxim could obviously increase the left cardiac function,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in ischemia-reperfusion rats,and decrease the amount of MDA.
