丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血流动力学的影响

目的观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血流动力学的影响。方法将110例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液20ml＋生理盐水250ml，静脉滴注，1次／d，共14d；对照组采用复方丹参注射液20ml＋生理盐水250ml，静脉滴注，1次／d，共14d。治疗前后检测血液动力学指标，并采用神经功能缺损评分判断疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05），并能降低血流动力学指标，CT显示治疗组病灶缩小，较对照组有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效好、安全，能改善血流动力学指标，并使病灶缩小。

Research on Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of Danhong injection and its effect on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 110 patients with acute cerebral hemodynamics were divided into two groups（treatment group and control group）. All patients recieved same basic treatment;The treatment group was treated by physiological saline（250ml） plus Danhong injection（20ml） with mainline one time per day in the next 14 days;The treatment group was injected by Fufangdanshen （20ml） on the basis of regular treatment. The score of neurological deficits and hemorheology were observed. Results The effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Indexes of hemorheology were reduced, and there was a significant defference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Danhong injection has good effect on treating acute cerebral infarction in the early stage.
