小儿肠套叠空气灌肠复位失败原因分析

目的分析小儿空气灌肠复位失败的原因,以期在最佳时间内整复肠套叠。方法在X线透视下75例肠套叠住院患儿行小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复术。结果75例患儿中,空气灌肠复位19例,解套率占25.4％,手术复位治愈52例占69.3％,自动出院4例占5.3％,空气灌肠失败率占74.6％。结论提高小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复技术,是提高空气灌肠复位成功率的关键因素。

The analysis for failure of air enema in the intussusception in children

Objective To complete reduction in optimal time and decrease the suffering of patient, the failure of intussusception air enema reduction was be analyzed. Methods To perform air enema reduction for 75 children with intussus-ception in conduction of X-ray. Results In 75 patients with intussusception, 19 patients was curative through air enema reduction, the rate was 25.4% ; other 52 patients was curing through operation, there was a rate of 69.3% ; and 4 patients left hospital before recovery, the rate was 5.3%. The failure rate of air enema reduction was 74.6%. Conclusion It is necessary to raise the level of air enema reduction in intussusception ,which is the key factor to increase diaplastic efficiency of air enema reduction in intussusception.
