麝香保心丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察麝香保心丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将116例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸每次2粒,每天3次,观察4个月。结果治疗组治疗心绞痛的总有效率(90.4%)高于对照组(72.4%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组的心电图改善总有效率87.9%高于对照组的74.1%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论麝香保心丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛安全可靠,疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease in elderly patients. Methods 116 cases with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,58 cases per group. Patients in control group were treated with the routine treatment,while patients in treatment group were given Shexiang Baoxin pill additionally, 2 pills tid, for 4 months. Results The total efficiency in treatment group was higher than that in control group(90.4% vs 72.4% ,P 〈 0.05 ). The improvement of ECG in treatment group was also better than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Meanwhile there was no adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pill is effective and safe in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease..
