阿托伐他汀联合冠心宁注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合冠心宁注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效。方法不稳定型心绞痛患者120例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用冠心宁注射液30ml静脉滴注3h，每天1次，阿托伐他汀10mg，每晚睡前服用1次。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予丹参注射液30ml加生理盐水或5％葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉滴注3h，每天1次，脂必妥1．05g，每天3次口服。观察治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、缓解时间、硝酸甘油含服量俄及心电图sT坷变化等。结果治疗组治疗不稳定型心绞痛，总有效率为90．0％，改善心电图总有效率为56．7％。与对照组的总有效率61．7％及改善心电图总有效率为40．0％比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合冠心宁注射液能有效治疗不稳定型心绞痛，具有降低心肌耗氧量，降低血脂等作用，且不良反应小。

Observation of therapeutic effect of Atorvastatin combined with Guangxinning injection on unstable angina

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Atorvastatin eombined with Guangxinning injection on unstable angina. Methods 120 patients suffering from unstable angina were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups. 60 eases in the treatment group were treated with Guangxinning injeetian intravenous drip 30ml per day and Atorvastatin taken at night 10mg per day, while 60 eases in control group were treated with NaC1 plus Danshen injeetion 30ml intravenous drip, oonee a day, which combined with symptomatic supportive treatment aeeording to the all patients＇ condition. Then the improvement of symptom times of angina were observed between two groups. Results The total effeieney and the ECG elect rate in the treatment group were 90.0% and 56.7% ,obviously higher than that in control group（61.7% ,40.0% ）, and the differenee was signifieant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Guangxinning injeetion is efeetive in the treatment of unstable angina, with fewer adverse reactions.
