褪黑素/低聚糖对老年人肠道菌群影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的研究褪黑素/低聚糖(脑白金)对老年人肠道菌群的影响。方法按“保健食品检验与评价技术规范”设计,44例〉60岁老年人随机分为2组,脑白金组服用脑白金(褪黑素/低聚糖),对照组服用安慰剂(淀粉/焦糖色素),均连服14d。结果服用14d后,脑白金组与安慰剂组比较,脑白金组服用前后自身进行比较,双歧杆菌及乳杆菌均增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);而拟杆菌与肠杆菌减少,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论脑白金能促进老年人体内有益菌双歧杆菌及乳杆菌的增殖,抑制有害菌拟杆菌和条件致病菌肠杆菌的增殖。

The effect of melatonin/isomalto-oligosaccharide on intestinal flora in elders

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of NAOBAIJIN(Melatonin/Isomaho-oligosaccharide) on intestinal flora in elders. Methods Designed by Technical Standards for Testing&Assessment of Health Food ,44 elders who were more than 60 years old were divided into two groups at random. NAOBAIJING group was received the NAOBAIJIN ( Melatonin/Isomaltooli-gosaccharide) , and the control group was received the Placebo (starch/caramel)for 14 days continually. Results After 14 days, the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased obviously (P〈0.05) , Bacteroides and Enterobacter decreased obviously (P〈0.05)in the NAOBAIJIN group compared with the control group. And after 14 days, the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased obviously(P〈0.01), Bacteroides and Enterobacter decreased obviously(P〈0.05)in the the NAOBAIJIN group before and after their own. Conclusion NAOBAIJIN have had the function of not only increasing the bene-ficial bacterium such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus but also decreasing the deleterious bacterium such as Bacteroides and opportunist pathogen Enterobacter.
