| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性胃炎80例随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（30例）。对照组给予西药多潘立酮、奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用半夏泻心汤加减治疗。2周后复查内镜,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.0%,明显优于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎具有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of integrative medicine therapy on chronic gastritis. Methods 80 cases with chronic gastritis were diveded randomly into two groups. The 30 patients in the treatment group were treated by Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with domperidone, omeprazole and amoxicillin. 50 patients in control group were treated with Banxiaxiexin decoction on the basis of the treatment group. Then the effects were compared. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（94.0% vs 83.3 % , P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The integrative medicine therapy has notable curative effect for Chronic Gastritis. |
