复发性吉兰-巴雷综合征18例临床分析

目的探讨复发性吉兰-巴雷综合征（Recurrent Guillain-Barre syndrome,RGBS）的临床、电生理特点及预后。方法回顾性分析18例共43次RGBS发作的临床表现、脑脊液（CSF）检查及电生理检查特点及其治疗效果。结果RGBS的临床特点与单向病程的吉兰-巴雷综合征（GBS）类似,每例复发次数不定,复发无规律,复发较初次发作进展快,高峰期症状更重,预后较首次发作差。脑脊液检查有蛋白-细胞分离;电生理改变比初次发作明显。结论RGBS作为GBS的一种特殊类型,其临床表现和电生理改变均类似于典型GBS,但比GBS更重。

Clicnial analysis of 18 patients with recurrent Guillain-Barre syndrome

Objective To analyze the clinical datas, neurophysiological changes and outcome in patients with recurrent Guillain-Barre syndrome（RGBS）. Methods We retrospectively analysed the clinical data, CSF and neurophysiological changesand therapeutic efficacy of 18 patients with RGBS. Results The patients with RGBS had the same cinical characters with those paients with monophasic GBS. In a given patient , the time to reach peak deficit from the onset of symptoms was shorter than first episode and the deficit grade was more serious than first episode. The duration of the intervals between episodes and times varied considerably and unpredictably. CSF analysis and nerve conduction studies during recurrences were more serious than during first episode. Conclusion RGBS is a special type of GBS. The clinical symptoms and neurophysiological changes of RGBS were serious than those with GBS.
