Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of bacterial drug resistance monitoring and clinical microbiological test. Methods A total of 2000 microbiological specimens admitted to the department of clinical laboratory in Panjin Liaoyou Baoshihua Hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the source of clinical departments, the specimens were divided into the intensive care unit (ICU) group(n=650), the pediatrics group(n=350), the internal medicine group(n=450) and the surgery group (n=550). The pathogenic microorganisms were collected and the bacterial drug resistance of 4 groups of specimens was monitored. Results A total of 1765 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured from 2000 microbial specimens, of which Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 54.96%. It was higher than 40.79% of the probability of Gram-positive bacteria(P<0.05). And fungi only accounted for 4.25%. There were 507 drug-resistant strains in 1765 pathogenic bacteria, and the detection rate of drug-resistant strains was 28.73%. The detection rates of drug-resistant strains in four groups were 34.53% in the ICU group, 16.06% in the pediatrics group,22.97% in the internal medicine group and 31.86% in the surgery group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The results of several main Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria showed that the drug resistance rates of Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Enterococcus) were higher than those of most antibiotics, while the drug resistance rates of vancomycin and linezolid were relatively lower. Meanwhile,the resistance rates of Gram-positive bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella) to most antibiotics were in the middle, and the resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to most antibiotics was relatively lower. Conclusion The development of clinical microbiological test and bacterial drug resistance monitoring is helpful for clinicians to identify the pathogenic bacteria of patients, provide guidance for drug treatment, and choose sensitive antibiotics to improve the therapeutic efficacy.
