摘 要: | 目的 探讨血清总胆红素、直接胆红素和间接胆红素的含量与冠状动脉病变的关系.方法 回顾性分析252例患者的临床资料,根据冠状动脉造影的结果将研究对象分为对照组、冠状动脉粥样硬化组和冠心病组.其冠心病组又根据冠脉病变的部位分为单支病变组和多支病变组.实验室检查测定各组的血清总胆红素、直接胆红素和间接胆红素浓度.结果 ①冠心病组总胆红素(11.32±2.81)μmol/L和间接胆红素(8.56±1.91)μmol/L水平均低于对照组(P〈0.05).②冠心病多支病变组总胆红素(10.11±1.09)μmol/L和间接胆红素(7.34±1.66)μmol/L水平均低于单支病变组(P〈0.05).结论 低血清胆红素水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的程度及范围负相关,提示低胆红素水平可能是冠心病的一项新的危险因素.

Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between the levels of serum bilirubin and coronary artery disease. Methods A total of 252 patients who underwent coronary angiography (CAG) in our hospital were divided into non-coronary artery disease group,coro- nary atherosclerosis group (CA) and coronary atheroselerosis heart disease group (CHD) according to the result of CAG,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. CHD group was subdivided into single vessel pathological changes group and multi-vessel pathological changes group according to the eoronary angiography results. The serum bilirubin was detected. Results The serum total bilirubin (TBil) and indirect bilirubin (IBil) were significantly lower in atherosclerosis heart disease group than control group(P 〈 0.05). The serum biliru- bin of multi-vessel pathological changes group was significantly lower than that of single vessel pathological changes group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Con- clusion The lowering of serum bilirubin level may be a new risk factor of coronary heart disease. Detection of serum bilirubin plays an im- Dortant role in the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease. |
