连续性护理干预对肠造口患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨连续性护理干预对肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法：将70例肠造患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各35例,干预组进行连续性护理干预,对照组进行常规围手术期护理,比较两组患者的自护能力、造口并发症的发生率及生活质量的评分情况。结果：干预组的自护能力明显提高（P〈0.05）,造口并发症的发生明显下降（P〈0.05）,躯体、角色、情绪、认知、社会功能及总健康状况等方面的得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：连续性护理干预可以提高造口患者的自护能力,减少造口并发症发生,提高肠造口患者的生活质量,使其尽快、主动、自然地回归社会生活。

Impact of continual nursing intervention on quality of life of patients undergoing colostomy

Objective： To explore the effect of continual nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients undergoing colostomy. Methods： 70 colostomy patients admitted in accordance with the principles of randomization and control ,were divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given continual interventions including hospital and post- discharge nursing. Self-care ability, The complication rate ,Quality of life before and after nursing was observed and compared. Results： Self-care ability, The complication rate in the two groups after discharge indicated that the rehabilitation effect of continual nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The two groups differed in physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and global health level and were more favorable in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Continual nursing intervention for patients with colostomy can significantly improve patients Self-care ability, reduce the level of the complication rate, improving their quality of life. Enable it to return the social life as soon as possible, initiative, naturally.
