| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the progress of electronic medical record, analyzes the advantages and vital problems in the development of electronic medical record, especially summarizes the analyzes the issues including the role of quality control, the security of the electronic medical record, the legal effect of electronic medical record, con-struction and maintenance funds and personnel, and predicts the prospects of perfecting hospital electronic medical record system construction. |
