新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的临床X线分析

目的：探讨新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（NEC）的X线诊断价值，提高对其早期诊断能力。方法：回顾性总结了6年来医院收治确诊有完整临床资料NEC 38例病例，对其X线表现进行归纳分析；其中14例经手术病理证实。结果：NEC的X线表现为：Ⅰ期：肠动力性改变、肠淤张；肠间隙增厚≤2mm（28例）；Ⅱ期：①肠间隙增厚＞2mm（15例）；②肠壁积气（8例）；③门静脉积气（3例）；Ⅲ期：①明确腹腔渗液（9例）；②气腹（10例）。结论：X线检查对NEC的诊断及明确病变进展具有重要价值；结合临床能做到早期诊断，从而早期干预降低NEC病死率。

X-ray Diagnosis of Neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis

Objective：To investigate the X-ray manifestations of Neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis （NEC） and improve the ability to diagnose it in the early stage. Methods：38 NEC cases with X-rays information of those diagnosed by our hospital in the past 6 years, were reviewed and analyzed. There were 14 cases with the surgical operation confirmed.Results：the X-ray manifestations of Neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis （NEC）：28 cases occurred intestinal reflex or enteroparalysis;15 cases occurred intestinal reflex or enteroparalysis and intestinal obstruction; 8 cases performed pneumatosis intestinalis, 3 cases performed portal venous, 9 cases performed ascites, and 10 cases pneumoperitoneum.Conclusion：X-ray is of significant value to the diagnosis and confirmation of case development of NEC. Early diagnosis and early intervention can reduce the mortality rate of NEC.
