两种手术方式治疗输卵管妊娠疗效观察

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析某医院妇产科住院需行手术治疗的100例输卵管妊娠患者的临床资料,其中行腹腔镜手术组60例,开腹手术组40例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间等情况。结果：腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠与开腹手术相比,两组手术术中出血量无明显差别（P﹥0.05）,但腹腔镜组手术时间短,术后疼痛程度轻,术后活动早,肠道功能恢复快,住院时间短,与开腹手术组相比有明显差异（P﹤0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠安全有效,是临床治疗此类患者的较佳选择。

A Clinical Observation of Two Types Surgical Methods for Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy, clinical data of ectopic pregnancy patients were observed and comparative analyzed, the patients were treated by laparoscopic surgery or laparotomy respectively. Methods： Selected hospitalized ectopic pregnancy patients who needed surgical treatment in hospital, in which laparoscopic surgery were 60 cases and in terms of operation time, so on and so forth. Results： laparotomy were 40 cases. Resuhs Compare two groups intraoperative blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, and laparoscopic treatment of tubal pregnancy compared with open operation, bleeding amount of two groups of operation no significant difference, but the laparoscopic group of shorter operation time, postoperative pain degree, early postoperative activity, fast the intestinal function recovery, shorter hospitalization time, compared with open surgery group it had obvious difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： laparoscopic treatment of tubal pregnancy is safe and effective, and is a better choice in the clinical treatment of these patients.
