烟台市医学生亚健康流行现状及其影响因素分析

目的：了解医学生亚健康现状及其影响因素，为高校有针对性的健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取滨州医学院1～3年级在校生1000名发放《青少年亚健康多维评定问卷》进行自填式问卷调查，并用SPSS13．0软件进行χ2检验及多元非条件logistic回归分析。结果990名医学生中，亚健康状态的检出率为33.54％，不同性别的亚健康状态检出率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝12.40，P＜0.05），男生的亚健康状态检出率要高于女生；医学生亚健康状态发生的危险因素主要是身体健康状况、与同学相处情况、在校学习成绩、家庭气氛。结论医学生亚健康状态比较严重，建议高校对大学生进行心理辅导及提升社交能力等措施进行干预。

Analysis of influencing factors of sub-healthy among medical college students in yantai city

Objective To learn the health status and influencing factors in medical college students and to provide proof for health education .Methods By stratified and cluster sampling ,1000 medical students in 1~3 grade were investigated by multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents ,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software for χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The incidence of sub-health was 33.54% in 990 medical college students .The incidence of sub-health in male students was higher than female students ,which differences are statistically （χ2 =12.40,P＆lt;0.05）,The main risk factors of sub-health were health status ,classmates relationship ,academic achievement ,family atmosphere .Conclusions The health status in medical col-lege students was not satisfactory , so it is recommended that the universities should take appropriate measures such as psychological counseling and improving social ability to raise students＆#39;overall health standard .
