B 超引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床应用简

目的：总结B超引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床经验。方法：对144例经B超引导下水压灌肠整复小儿肠套叠整复前后患儿的临床资料及治疗效果进行分析。结果：复位前144例均有阵发性哭闹、呕吐、解果酱样血便表现，复位后症状消失139例；复位前腹部可触及异常包块100例，复位后异常包块消失97例；复位前144例B超均能探及腹部异常包块，复位后异常包块消失139例；碳剂实验144例（6-8h）排便有碳剂139例，无碳剂排出5例；B超诊断符合率100%，复位成功139例，复位成功率96.5%。结论：B超引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿急性肠套叠操作简便、易行，成功率高，可作为小儿急性肠套叠首选的诊断、治疗方法，值得临床借鉴。

Application of ultrasound-guided hydraulic pressure enema treatment of intussusception in children

Objective：To summarise the treatment expeience of ultrasound-guided water enema for childhood in-tussusception.Methods：Ultrasound-guided water enema reduction was performed in 144 children with intussuscep-tion at our hospital .The treatment effectiveness was analyzed according to children manifestation before and after ul-trasound-guided water enema reduction.Results：There were 144 cases who had paroxysmal crying,vomiting and jam-like stool.In 139 cases symptoms disappeared after ultrasound-guided water enema reduction.100 cases can be touched abnormal masses in abdomen before reduction,and 97 cases disappeared after reduction.144 cases were dis-covered the abdomen abnormal masses by ultrasound and 139 cases disappeared after reductin.Carbon agent experi-ment in 144 cases （6~8h） defecation carbon agent in 139 cases, 5 cases discharged carbon free agent;B ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate was 100%,139 cases were treated successfully,the success rate of reduction of 96.5%.Con-clusions：Ultrasound-guided water enema reduction for children intussusception has advantage of convenient opera-tion and high success rate and is worthy of clinical application.
