摘    要:目的:探讨急性颅脑损伤患者脑脊液及血清内皮素-1(endothelin-1, ET-1)含量及其临床意义。方法36例急性颅脑损伤患者以GCS评分分组(20例GCS≤12分患者为中、重型颅脑损伤组、16例GCS>12分患者为轻度颅脑损伤组);选择同期住院的非神经系统疾病手术患者19例为对照组。两组患者采用双抗体夹心( ELISA )法检测脑脊液和血清的ET-1浓度。结果中、重度颅脑损伤组血清ET-1浓度高于轻度损伤组( P <0.01)和对照组( P <0.01);轻度颅脑损伤组血清ET-1浓度高于对照组( P <0.01)。中、重度颅脑损伤组脑脊液ET-1浓度高于轻度损伤组( P <0.01)和对照组( P <0.01);轻度颅脑损伤组脑脊液ET-1浓度高于对照组( P <0.05)。所有研究对象中,血清ET-1浓度高于脑脊液( P <0.01)。结论急性颅脑损伤患者脑脊液及血清ET-1水平均明显升高,并且与颅脑损伤的程度密切相关。

Significance of endothelin-1 expression in serum and CSF in patients with acute craniocerebral injury

Abstract:Objective To elucidate clinical significance of the varied concentration of cytokines in patients with acute cranio -cerebral injury, the concentration of endothelin-1 (ET-1) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum.Methods In this study, 36 pa-tients with acute craniocerebral injury were divided into two groups by their GCS scores ( GCS≤12 ) as moderate-severe injury group (n =20) and GCS>12 as mild injury group( n =16).Concentration of ET-1 in CSF and serum in 36 patients with acute craniocere-bral injury were detected by ELISA .Results The concentration of ET-1 in CSF in moderate to severe patients , which was significantly higher than that of the mild injury group ( P 〈0.01) and control group( P 〈0.01).And the levels of ET-1 in CSF in the mild injury group were also obviously higher than that of the control group ( P 〈0.01).On the other hand, the concentration of ET-1 in moderate to severe patients , which was also significantly higher than that of the mild injury group ( P 〈0.01) and control group( P 〈0.01). And the levels of ET-1 in serum in the mild injury group were obviously higher than that of the control group ( P 〈0.05).The concen-tration of ET-1 in serum was significantly higher than that of CSF ( P 〈0.01).Conclusion The concentration of ET-1 in CSF and ser-um in patients with acute craniocerebral injury may be closely associated with the levels of acute craniocerebral injury .
