经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除28例临床分析

目的：探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性。方法：回顾分析28例经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床资料。结果：28例患者手术成功。平均手术时间（68±31.5）min，平均出血量（176±168.5）ml，术后平均出院时间（8.6±4.7）d,术后排气恢复时间平均为（1.6±0.4）d,术后病率为28.6%。结论：经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术具有手术创伤小、安全性好、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点，是一种适用于基层医院推广应用的微创手术。

Transvaginal myomectomy analysis of 28 cases

Objective：This study was designed to evaluate the feasibility of vaginal myomectomy.Methods：28 patients with symptomatic myomas were admitted for vaginal myomectomy in Anqing No.1 hospital.The related clinic data were analyzed.Results：Myomectomy was performed vaginally in all patients very well.The mean operating time was（68±31.5）minutes and the mean operative blood loss and hospital stay were（176±168.5） ml,and（8.6±4.7） days, respectively.The mean length of interval between two consecutive bowel movements was （1.6±0.4） days.Eight （ 28.6%） patients developed febrile morbidity and experienced a high postoperative temperature.Postoperative fever was associated with greater operative trauma,longer operative time and greater weight of the tumor（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Transvaginal myomectomy has the advantage of slight trauma, safety, fast recovery, shorter postoperative hospital stay etc, which is regarded as the minimal invasive surgery and suitable for wide application in primary hospital.
