摘    要:人力资源管理是医院管理最为重要的方面之一;为保持一个队伍具有旺盛的生命力和竞争力,优化队伍,留住人才是一项非常重要的任务;走向社会,广纳人才,把识才用才的眼界扩大;在实施人才战略的过程中要强化创新务实的理念;合理进行绩效评估是人才管理的重要方面。

Abstract:Human resource management is one of the most important aspects of hospital management. In order to maintain a team with strong vitality and competitiveness,optimizing the staff and retaining talent is a very important task. It is essential to go into the society, and screen talented people. In the process of the implementation of the talent strategy, it is vital to strengthen innovation and pragmatic philosophy. Reasonable performance evaluation is very im-portant aspects of personnel management.
