高钠 低温透析预防透析中相关性低血压的临床观察

目的：观察高钠、低温血液透析预防透析相关性低血压的作用。方法：21例经常性反复性发生低血压的维持性血液透析患者常规血透500例次，高钠、低血温透析600例次比较低血压发生的情况。结果：常规透析发生低血压360例次（72％），高钠低温透析发生低血压78例次（13％），二者比较差异显著，P〈0．01，常规透析发生低血压后提前结束透析26例次（5．2％），高钠低温透析提前结束透析5例次（O．83％），二者比较差异显著，P〈-．01。结论：高钠低温透析能有效减少低血压发生。

Clinical Observation of Prevention of Associative Low Blood Pressure by Method of Dialys of High Natrium and Low Temperature

Objective： To observe the effect of prevention of low blood pressure by the method of dialys of high natrium and low temperature. Methods： let 21 patients who usually and repeatedly occurred low pressure dialyse 500 times, and.compared with dialysis by high natrium and low temperature 600 times. Results： after conventional dialysis 26 patients completed it in advance by the reason of low pressure （ 5.2% ）, and 5 patients who applied with the method of high natrium and low temperature completed it in advance （ 0.83% ）. There are significant differences between them, P〈0.01. Conclusion： the method of haemodialysis of high natrium and low temperature can reduce the occurrence of low pressure.
