摘    要:
目的 探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)在慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者肾功能评估中的临床价值,为临床应用提供更多的理论依据.方法 以2011年12月至2012年12月肾内科住院治疗的80例CKD患者为观察对象,测定CysC、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及血白蛋白(ALB),以MDRD公式计算所得肾小球滤过率(GFR)为诊断标准,评价CysC在CKD早期诊断中的意义.结果 CysC在各组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),相关分析CysC与SCr、BUN呈正相关,与GFR呈负相关,且相关系数最高.结论 CysC可作为评价早期慢性肾脏病患者的敏感指标,与SCr、BUN相比能更早、更客观地反映肾小球滤过功能.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum cystatin C in evaluation of kidney function in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) , so that to provide further theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods A total of 80 patients with CKD were involved in this study. Serum Cystatin C, seurm creatinine( SCr), blood urea nitrogen( BUN), and albumin (ALB)were tested, and compared with estimated glomerular filtration rate (GFR) based on MDRD formula. The clinical significance of Cystatin C in early diagnosis of CKD was evaluated. Results CysC has significantly increased in CKD patients, compared with others(P 〈 0. 05 ). Correlation analysis showed significantly positive correlation between CysC and SCr, BUN, negtive correlation between CysC and GFR was also observed, and showed a high correlation with GFR. Conclusion Compared with other traditionl markers, such as SCr, BUN, CysC may be a sensitive marker to evaluate renal function in patients with early chronic kidney disease, it can early and lobjectively reflect the glomerular filtration rate (CFR).
