家庭内支持对癫痫患者疾病不确定感的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对家庭支持水平的影响，进而对癫痫患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法：总结分析60例癫痫患者疾病不确定感量表（MUIS）和领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）中家庭内支持的4个条目的测试结果，采用多种护理干预方法，加强护患沟通，通过健康教育、心理辅导以及技能培训等方式提高患者家属对疾病的认知和关注度。所有患者于入院第2天、出院后6个月分别进行评定。结果：护理干预后，患者的领悟家庭内支持状况评分明显提高而患者疾病不确定感评分明显减低。结论：对癫痫患者家属的健康教育和心理护理等可以提高患者的家庭内支持水平，降低其疾病不确定感，促进身心健康。

The influence of the status of family support on the uncertainty in illness of epilepsy patients

Objective： To study the effect of nursing intervention on family support level and the influence of the status of family support on uncertainty in illness of epilepsy patients. Methods： 60 epilepsy patients were investigated by using the Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale（MUIS） and 4 items of the family support in the Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS） at 2 days after admission and 6 months after discharge. The patients＇ families were treated by health education, psychological guidance and skills training to improve the cognition and awareness according to results of the first investigation. Results： After nursing intervention, the uncertainty of epilepsy patients scored lower and the perceived family support scored higher. Conclusion： Nurses should strengthen health education and psychological support for the families of the epilepsy patients to enhance patients＇ family support, decrease their uncertainty in illness, and improve their physical and psychological health.
