| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以气流受限为特征的呼吸系统常见疾病,该病患病率高、致残率高、经济负担重。COPD常伴有认知功能损害,如记忆力、注意力及执行功能等方面的降低。简要阐述COPD患者认知功能受损的机制,认知功能研究的工具及目前国内外研究现状。 |

| Abstract: | Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)is a kind of disease characterized by airflow limitation.The prevalence and mutilation rate of this disease are high and economic burden cannot be ignored.The COPD patients are always affected by cognitive impairment,such as poor memeory,bad attention and reduced executive function.This paper reviewed the mechanism of cognitive impairment,the tools of cognitive function study,and the research progress of cognitive dysfunction in COPD. |
