| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑实质内脑膜瘤的MRI表现,以提高对其认识及诊断.资料与方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的脑实质内脑膜瘤6例,均为男性,年龄6～22岁(平均12岁),行MRI检查6例,全部平扫加增强,同时行MRI及CT检查1例.结果 脑实质内脑膜瘤位于大脑外侧裂附近3例,额叶1例,颞叶1例,枕叶1例.6例均表现为实质性肿块,边界清楚.T1WI肿瘤实质呈略低信号2例,等信号4例,T2WI呈高信号2例或稍高信号4例,T2FLAIR呈高信号5例、等信号1例,囊变区呈低信号.瘤周脑白质水肿1例,增强扫描所有肿块实质明显快速持续强化.合并囊变5例、钙化3例.结论 脑实质内脑膜瘤有典型的影像学表现,MRI在诊断中具有一定的价值,结合其发病部位和患者性别,可提高诊断的准确性. |
