影响肥胖患者血清瘦素水平的相关因素分析

目的：探讨肥胖患者血清瘦素水平与脂肪含量,性别,血压,空腹血糖,空腹胰岛素水平的关系。方法：对70例肥胖病人和34例正常体重者,测定血清瘦素水平和身高,体重,腰围,臂围,血压,空腹血糖和胰岛素水平,并分析血清瘦素水平和这些因素之间的相关关系。结果：肥胖患者与正常体重者相比,血清瘦素水平明显升高,女性瘦素水平明显高于男性,空腹血清瘦素水平与脂肪含量,空腹血糖,腹胰岛素水平呈正相关。结论：性别,脂肪含量,空腹血糖,空腹胰岛素水平对瘦素水平的影响较为明显,而进食与否,血压水平则对瘦素水平没有显著影响。

Analysis of factors that influence serum leptin levels in obese individuals

Objective To assess the relationship between serum leptin levels and body fat,gender,blood pressure,fasting serum glucose and insulin levels.Method 70 obese and 34 normal weight individuals were studied.Height,weight,waist and hip circumferences,blood pressure,fasting serum glucose,insulin and leptin levels were measured.Results Compared to the normal weight subjects,the serum leptin levels were significantly higher in obese subjects.In both normal weight and obese individuals,the serum leptin levels were higher in females than in males.Serum leptin levels were positively correlated with body fat,fasting serum glucose and insulin levels.Conclusion Gender,body fat,fasting serum glucose and insulin are associated with serum leptin levels.While blood pressure and fasting state have no significant effect on serum leptin levels.
