摘    要:目的 曲研制一种适用于面部外形采集和测量的三维光学测量系统.方法 基于光学三角测量原理,以白光作为光源,应用格雷码与相移组合编码的结构光投影方法,架构系统硬件.以Windows XP为平台,使用Visual C++、HOOPS等工具开发系统软件.结果 建立了结构光投影面部三维测量系统.系统硬件由光栅投影单元、图像采集单元、系统控制单元和机械外观构成;系统软件由点云显示和编辑模块、系统控制模块等组成.系统光源为12 V,工作距离为900 mm,单视角扫描时间为5.5 S,扫描场景为500 mm×400 mm.结论 结构光投影面部三维测量系统具有外形精巧、光源安全、精确度高和测量快速等特点,可用于人体面部外形采集.
