附性腺感染致男性不育症的超声诊断

目的:探讨经直肠超声诊断男性不育患者附性腺感染的检测指标。方法:采用经直肠超声方法对30例正常对照者和56例由附性腺感染所致男性不育患者的前列腺及精囊腺动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)和血流阻力指数(RI)进行检测。结果:对照组前列腺组尿道动脉PSV、RI与男性不育组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),对照组前列腺包膜组动脉PSV、EDV、RI与男性不育组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),对照组精囊腺动脉PSV、RI与男性不育组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:经直肠超声可为男性不育附性腺感染患者提供精确的血流动力学客观指标,有助于男性不育症病因的筛选。

Application of Transrectal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Infertile by Infection of Accessory Sex Gland

Objective: To investigate indices of the diagnosis of the infection of accessory sex gland in infertile males by the transrectal color Doppler ultrasound.Methods: Fifty-six cases of infertile males with infection of accessory sex gland and 30 cases of normal controls were included in the study.Transrectal color Doppler ultrasound was used to scanning prostates and seminal vesicles,and the peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),and resistance index(RI) were determined.Results: PSV and RI of urethra branches of the prostate artery in the infertile group were significantly higher than those in the normal control respectively(both P<0.05),while no difference in EDV between the two groups were found(P>0.05).No differences of PSV,EDV and RI of capsule branches of the prostate artery between the infertile group and control were found respectively(all P>0.05).PSV and RI in the infertile group were markedly higher than those in the normal control(both P<0.05).Conclusion: The transrectal color Doppler ultrasound can provide objective hemodynamics indices for the infertile males with infection of accessory sex gland and is helpful for the screening of etiological factors of male sterility.
